Smoothie time, local coffee shop in Barrington
Got out on a great ride and explored a new area with the boss. We cruised to algonquin and then to Barrington Hills. I felt like we got picked up and dropped in a pile of millionaires. This place was beautiful with some great roads and houses. The weather was mid 60's and just a perfect ride. We hit some dirt and gravel and were out on the real deal bikes: the gunnar and Bob's custom seven Axiom SL. Hit 70 miles for the day and the legs felt perfect as did the rest of the body with my new Zipp Service Course SS handlebar and Thomson stem. I put this on the bike to test it out and it felt great so far. Finally feeling somewhat dialed on the bike for Trans Iowa. Get ready its only a month away!
