Tied with Paul Errington for 8th place, 3rd place Single Speed. Finished in 28.5 hours. 36 finished of 91 that started. Two finishes!!!

Jeremy Kershaw and Jay Barre tie for 11th and 12th place of 19 finishers. 330ish miles 33 hours 9 minutes. A HUGE goal of mine complete!

Iowa Gets Me HARD

I got sick after TI and had to bail on this great ride. Heard it was a brutal day....next year!

Finished in 12:16 on my rigid SS Salsa Mariachi. A great day and good to ride with Steve Fuller all day. Thanks to all who organized this great race!

Duluth bound!!!

Jay: Starting out riding bicycles at a young age I developed a love for being on two wheels. Growing up into the bmx scene and riding bmx for many years led to an interest in how the bicycle worked. Hours and hours of working on my bicycle in the basement, I had to push my love further. At 16 I got my first job at a bike shop. From here my interest and hobby turned into a passion and obsession. To me there is nothing more simple or more beautiful than a hand built bicycle. I love to ride, work on, and build bicycles. A future goal of mine is to stay in the bicycle industry whether it be owning my own shop, starting a small component company, or ideally becoming a custom frame builder.
