This summer has been a little weird for riding. With the heat, rain, and time constraints it has been harder to get the mileage in that I was putting in this spring. Granted depending on the week I am still doing 150-300 miles every week which is still great. Motivation comes and goes sometimes getting a little burnt out after putting in 5500 miles already this year. Either way trying to keep myself motivated and keep the legs strong. Very much looking forward to the fruit loop this weekend with some good friends. Expect a long write up of that after the ride happens on Sunday. Until then get on your bikes and sweat it out!
