Had a good 65 miler this Sunday. Again, had the pleasure of Ari's company as we got some miles up into Wisconsin and down into HEEEEBron. Bob met a new friend "Mars" and we laughed and talked all day. My legs felt like crap and I am trying to recover for the HECK this Saturday. Get out on the 2-wheelers.

Glad to we all Bonked at one point or another. Great riding up north. I was really stiff when I got out of the car. Hope are feeling better.
