We got a submission form in the mail to see if we qualified to be one of the best bike shops in the country. This is something that the owner of Wheel Werks (Bob) has always wanted and I have always wanted to work for a top 100 shop as well. We were running tight on the due date and had a really busy saturday. I wanted to head home but instead filled out the form and mailed it off. I answered everything honestly and tried to convey the passion that Wheel Werks has for cycling. Turns out we got secret shopped, secret phone callers, our website checked out, etc. and we ended up making the cut into the top bike shops in the country. Pretty proud of the fact that I had a lot to do with it.
